NANCY E. LUCIANNA
Nancy E. Lucianna is a proud second-generation trial attorney. She apprenticed under the supervision of her father, Frank P. Lucianna, the “Dean of the Criminal Bar in Bergen County, New Jersey.” Growing up a Lucianna, Nancy spent family weekends visiting state prisons and listening to her father prepare for battle with prosecutors. After watching trials at age seven, Nancy continued on her legal career path by working in the family firm where she was taught the nuts and bolts of criminal and civil litigation. More importantly, though, she learned how to listen to clients needs and fight passionately for their rights without hesitation.
After a successful career with Lucianna & Lucianna, Nancy formed her own law firm in 1997 finding a home for her practices in Fort Lee, New Jersey. It is here where Nancy further gained extensive experience in the areas of criminal and civil litigation and developed the philosophy that in order to obtain a desired result for her clients, thorough preparation and effective presentation in court is an absolute necessity.
Nancy has tried almost every kind of criminal case and a wide variety of civil cases for the past thirty years in New Jersey’s State-Federal courts. She also has active practices in both New York and the United States Virgin Islands. Nancy earned her J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1986 after graduating in 1983 from Fordham as an undergraduate with a double major in political science and economics.
When she is not in court, Nancy enjoys running, fitness training, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and is certified in boat operation and handling.
